My name is Dr. Tracy Kennedy and I’m The Empath Guide.
I’m a graduate of Brock University, with a Masters in Sociology from York University, and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Toronto. My education in Sociology, Cultural Studies, Classics, Literature, and Art & Architecture, stemmed from an early interest in people, what they are all about, and their life experiences.
I’m an Empath, Psychic Medium, Energy Healer & Reiki Master, Bird Shaman, Registered Yoga Teacher, Published Author, Public Speaker, Radio & Podcast Host, and Paranormal Investigator. I’ve been teaching over a thousand of Empaths from around the world in one-on-one sessions, workshops and classes for a decade now. I show Empaths how to Embrace their emotions, how to navigate their feelings effectively, and how they can Empower themselves with their super-power.

Tracy was given a Women of Wisdom Award by Spiritual Niagara in 2019 for the Empath knowledge and insight she shares with the Niagara community. She was also recognized as one of Canada’s Top Five Holistic Practitioners and in the top five nominations in the Writer/Composer category for the 2019 Spiritual Excellence Halo Awards. Tracy was a keynote speaker at this event.
In 2020, Tracy was nominated for the 2020 Spiritual Excellence Halo Awards in the categories of: Holistic Healer, Psychic, Medium, Life Coach, Spiritual Excellence Award, Writer/Composer, and the Spiritual Artisan category. She placed in the top five for: Psychic, Holistic practitioner, Coaching Professional, Spiritual Artisan, and The Amber Price Spiritual Excellence Award. Tracy won the Spiritual Writer/Composer Award for 2020.
In 2021, Tracy was nominated for the 2021 Spiritual Excellence Halo Awards in six categories: Spiritual Writer/Composer, Spiritual Artisan, Holistic Health Practitioner, Coaching Professional, Psychic, Medium, Spiritual Excellence Award. Tracy placed in the top three for: Spiritual Artisan, Holistic Health Practitioner, Spiritual Writer/composer, Psychic, Medium, and the Amber Price Spiritual Excellence Award.
Tracy sponsored Spiritual Niagara’s Women of Wisdom in 2021, creating an ‘Empaths Empowering Empaths’ event that honoured Empaths who are serving the community and carving their unique path. She has been featured and interviewed on GiantFM’s series “The Gifted Onez” with host International Psychic Medium Liz Throp and has taught Empaths in places such as LilyDale Assembly in New York.
In 2022, Tracy was nominated for the 2022 Spiritual Excellence Halo Awards in five categories: Spiritual Writer/Composer, Psychic, Holistic Health Practitioner, Coaching Professional, and the Amber Price Spiritual Excellence Award.
